Based in Clarence-Rockland, J-Rock Construction Inc. is a full-service General Contractor serving the residential, commercial, and agricultural sectors throughout the greater Prescott-Russell region and East Ottawa. We specialize in new structural construction, renovations and additions to existing structures, exterior cladding and siding, and installation of doors and windows.
J-Rock Construction Inc. is an Ontario business corporation incorporated on July 23, 2020, under Ontario Corporation Number (OCN) 5036401. From May 2016 to September 2020, J-Rock operated as a sole proprietorship owned by Jonathan Rocque, who is now the majority shareholder of the corporation. J-Rock Construction Inc.'s head office and workshop are located at 2407 Henrie Road, Saint-Pascal-Baylon, Ontario, K0A 3N0.
Jonathan Rocque, Owner
With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Jonathan began his career in carpentry at the age of 16 through on-the-job training and apprenticeship programs during high school and college.
He successfully completed the Carpentry program at La Cité Collégiale, where he received formal training in residential and commercial construction, including the Ontario Building Code. As an experienced carpenter and successful entrepreneur, Jonathan serves as the company's President and sole Director.

Hands-On Supervision
Jonathan is personally present on every job site to supervise construction activities, lead his team, and ensure that every project meets J-Rock's high standards of quality and workmanship. Whenever required, he assumes full responsibility for coordinating building inspections and working with municipal inspectors to obtain timely approvals (Pass) while minimizing unnecessary delays.
